Intellectual Property
We understand the importance of confidentiality for our customers. By default, we treat all customer communication, projects and models as confidential, with information only shared with your express permission.
All employees, partners, and contractors are required to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that prohibits them from disclosing any confidential information they may come across during their work.
We also implement strict access controls to limit access to sensitive information and also ensure that all access to our systems and networks is monitored and logged.
Finally, we recognise that education and awareness are critical to building a culture of security and so provide regular employee security awareness training.
Cyber Essentials Certified
Midlands 3D is Cyber Essentials certified. This UK Government backed scheme certifies that we have the five essential security controls in place and that these are monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.
Cyber Essential certification covers:
- user access control
- secure configuration
- security update management
- firewalls and routers
- malware protection
