ABS

ABS is a durable, impact resistant thermoplastic ideal for functional parts and high stress applications. It offers heat resistance but requires controlled printing environments to prevent warping, limiting overall part dimensions.

ABS-FR

Fire retardant ABS is a durable thermoplastic with UL94 V-0 flame resistance. It retains ABS strength and printability, meeting strict safety standards for electrical enclosures, automotive parts, and industrial components requiring reduced flammability.

ASA

ASA is durable, UV-resistant thermoplastic for outdoor applications. It offers weather resistance, impact strength, and heat tolerance, similar to ABS but with superior UV stability and reduced warping.

PA12 Nylon

PA12 Nylon is a strong, versatile material offering excellent strength, chemical resistance and low moisture absorption ideal for functional prototypes, end use parts and intricate components in automotive and aerospace.

PA6-CF

PA6-CF is a carbon fibre reinforced Nylon 6 offering high stiffness, strength, heat resistance and impact durability. Ideal for fixtures, clamps, automotive and structural parts in dry environments requiring exceptional mechanical performance.

PA6-GF

PA6-GF, Nylon 6 with glass fibre, offers exceptional strength, durability, and dimensional stability. Cost effective compared to other high performance filaments, it’s ideal for demanding engineering applications requiring rigidity and long term reliability.

PAHT-CF

PAHT-CF combines PA12’s low moisture absorption with carbon fibre strength, delivering excellent mechanical and thermal properties. Ideal for engineering like prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and low-volume production requiring durability and rigidity.

PC

PC is a strong, heat resistant polycarbonate offering excellent toughness and impact strength. Ideal for functional parts and engineering applications requiring durability, dimensional stability, and performance in high temperature environments.

PC-FR

PC-FR is a flame retardant polycarbonate offering superior impact resistance, heat stability, and durability. Ideal for industrial components, protective casings, and high temperature applications in automotive, electronics, and manufacturing sectors.

PET-CF

PET-CF blends tough PET with carbon fibre for superior strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. Lightweight and low-warping, it’s ideal for load bearing parts in high temperature, humid environments requiring durability and rigidity.

PETG

PETG is a durable thermoplastic combining ABS like strength with flexibility and chemical resistance. Ideal for functional parts and outdoor applications, it offers high impact resistance and moderate heat tolerance.

PETG – ESD

PETG-ESD is a tough, chemical resistant thermoplastic designed to prevent static build up. Ideal for electronic enclosures, jigs, fixtures and tools in sensitive manufacturing environments requiring electrostatic discharge protection.

PETG Carbon Fibre

PETG Carbon Fibre combines PETG’s durability and chemical resistance with added strength from carbon reinforcement. Lightweight and tough, it’s ideal for functional parts and structural components requiring rigidity and reduced weight.

PLA

PLA is a biodegradable, plant based thermoplastic known for easy printing and low warping. Ideal for aesthetic models and prototypes, it suits low stress indoor applications but performs poorly in high heat or demanding environments.

PLA – ESD

PLA-ESD combines PLA’s easy printability with electrostatic discharge protection. Ideal for prototypes, protective cases, and components in electronics assembly and resting where static control is essential.

PLA Carbon Fibre

PLA Carbon Fibre combines PLA’s easy printability with added strength, stiffness and lightweight properties from carbon reinforcement. Ideal for prototypes and functional parts needing high strength-to-weight ratio without extreme heat resistance.

PPA-CF

PPA-CF is a premium carbon fibre nylon offering metal like strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability. Ideal for automotive and mechanical prototypes, it ensure reliable performance in humid and high temperature environments.

PPS-CF

PPS-CF is a carbon fibre reinforced polyphenylene sulphide offering exceptional strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability. It resists solvents, corrosion, heat and flames, making it ideal for demanding structural and engineering applications.

Standard Resin

Standard Resin delivers smooth surface finish and fine detail. Ideal for prototypes, models and concept designs requiring accuracy and aesthetics, though less suited for high-stress or functional parts.

TPU 85A

TPU 85A is a flexible, abrasion resistant thermoplastic with a Shore hardness 85A. It balances elasticity and strength, ideal for seals, gaskets, flexible parts, and wear resistant components requiring durability and impact strength.

TPU 95A

TPU 95A is a flexible thermoplastic elastomer with higher stiffness than TPU 85A. It balances toughness and elasticity, ideal for wear resistant parts, automotive components, grips, and protective covers requiring durability and impact resistance.

Ultrasint TPU (88A)
