Paul Moloney
Founder and Managing Director
The driving force behind Midlands 3D and still very much ‘hands-on’ both working with our customers to understand requirements and on the production floor supporting the production team. Paul’s engineering understanding coupled with a former career with a top global business consulting firm, enable Midlands 3D to bring together the capabilities of 3D printing with the commercial realities for your business.
Deborah Moloney
Operations Director
Formally a key member of the operations team at a MoD facility, Deb ensures that day to day operations at Midlands 3D operate with the precision required to exceed our customer's and supplier’s expectations. Deb is also no stranger to being ‘hands-on’ and will often be found loading printers and casting a keen eye over orders before shipping.
Ellie Costello
Office Supervisor
Expect to talk with Ellie as we work with you on your orders. Ellie ensures lines of communication run smoothly between front of house and the shop floor and that orders are processed and dispatched on time, every time.
Megan Moloney
Sales and Marketing Specialist
If you visit us at an event, follow us on social media or get involved with some other marketing activity, expect to meet Megan. A dab hand with a camera, Megan also is key part of the sales team with a deep understanding of FDM printing and our 3D Scanning service.
Andrew Moloney
Sales and Marketing Director
The latest addition to the leadership team, Andrew has lead sales, marketing, product and business development teams across the tech. industry, in both fast growing VC backed startups as well industry leading technology vendors. He knows how to scale a business without losing focus on the customer.
