DeepDye Colouring
DeepDye Colouring is a premium finishing option for our MJF printed parts. This innovative process allows us to transform the natural grey colour of MJF parts into a rich, deep black.
The DeepDye colouring process, using leading technology from DyeMansion, enables the dye to penetrate the material at a molecular level, ensuring a consistent, professional and long-lasting colour infusion.
PolyShot Surfacing
PolyShot Surfacing is applied to all MJF dyed black parts as a standard feature, but it is also available as an optional upgrade for MJF natural grey parts, PolyShot Surfacing significantly enhances the look and feel of MJF printed parts.
Again, using technology from DyeMansion, air blasts fine beads onto the parts, smoothing and polishing their exterior, delivering a smoother, more uniform finish.
Parts finished in this way not only look and feel better, more durable, less prone to scratches and fingerprints, and easier to clean and maintain.

Vapour Smoothing
Vapour Smoothing from DyeMansion is an alternate post-processing technique to PolyShot surfacing. It involves exposing the printed part to a controlled environment where a solvent vapor condenses on its surface, causing a controlled chemical melt that reflows the material and fills in small imperfections like layer lines and pores. This results in a smoother, more polished and glossy finish. Selecting vapour smoothing not only gives enhances the appearance and feel of the part. The smoother finish can also improve a part’s resistance to fatigue, impact, and crack formation. It can also improve water resistance making it easier to clean and maintain.
